Spencer Kaplan
Spencer is a senior at Duke studying public policy, political science, and Earth and ocean sciences. At Duke, Spencer has researched radioisotope thermoelectric generators for a NASA study, created the syllabus for a Law school readings course on space law, and taught a house course on space exploration. Passionate about the convergence of space and national security, Spencer has worked for the Charles Group, the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Aerospace Security Project, and the Potomac Institute. When he is older, Spencer intends to write the constitution for Mars.
